Ordering Online

Once you complete your order a confirmation will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. Once your order has been packed you will receive an update email which will include your tracking number. If you have a blaze™ account you can check your order status anytime by simply clicking on the "My Account" link in the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

Buying blaze™ products in the store

blaze™ products are carried in a number of retail establishments. If you find any blaze™ product purchased in a retail store to have defects, you can take the product back to the store for a refund. You can also contact our customer service team by calling 1-855-95-BLAZE (25293).
